Production & Dispatch Time
All fine art prints are carefully produced and ready for dispatch within 2–4 business days after the order is confirmed.
Larger formats may require up to 5 business days due to additional preparation and quality control.

Shipping Areas & Estimated Transit Times

Italy: 2–4 business days via tracked courier

European Union: 8–14 business days, depending on destination

Outside the EU / Worldwide: 10–20 business days, depending on location and customs processing times

Tracking & Insurance
All shipments include a valid tracking number, which will be provided by email once the order has been dispatched.
International packages are insured up to their declared value.

Customs & Import Fees
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes applied upon arrival in the destination country.
These fees are not included in the purchase price and are not refundable by Photofloriano.

Customs Documentation
For shipments outside the European Union, we include all necessary export documentation, such as commercial invoices and customs declarations, to facilitate smooth processing through customs.

Packaging & Handling
Prints are shipped unframed and carefully rolled in rigid, protective cardboard tubes to ensure maximum protection during transit.

Delivery Conditions
While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures, courier disruptions, or other events beyond our control.

Please note: when the selected print format does not match the image’s natural aspect ratio (for example, ordering a 30 × 20 cm print when the actual image size is 28 × 15 cm), a solid white border will be added to preserve the full composition without cropping. This border may act as a built-in passpartout or provide a clean margin for framing, enhancing both visual harmony and presentation.
