Return Policy – 30 Days

Our 30-day return policy means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be sent to the following address:
Via Martiri di Palermo, 82, 76125 Trani (BT), Italy.
All return shipments must include a valid tracking number. Returns sent without tracking may not be accepted or refunded.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns within Italy and the EU:

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defective or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs and provide you with a prepaid return label.

  • For voluntary returns (e.g. change of mind), the return shipping costs are your responsibility. We may provide a return label for convenience, and the cost will be deducted from your refund.

For returns from outside the EU:

  • You are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.

  • Any customs duties or import fees incurred when the return arrives in Italy will also be your responsibility and will be deducted from the refund if applicable.

Return Requests

To request a return, please email us at info@photofloriano.com.
Include your contact details, order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and—if needed—attach images (e.g. to document damage). Once we receive your request, we’ll evaluate it and respond with the next steps, including the return label if applicable.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to assess the issue and make it right.

If the package arrives visibly damaged, please report it immediately to the delivery courier and document it with photos before accepting the parcel.
If you accept a visibly damaged package without noting it to the courier, we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement.

Customs Duties

Any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable by Photofloriano.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union

Notwithstanding the above, if goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As with other returns, the item must be in the same condition as received and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
